Client Agreement

Please read this in full and sign prior to your shoot with Parallel Image Media, feel free to contact us if there is any part of the contract you would like to discuss further or if there is anything you need help understanding

This agreement is between the client and Photographer Marisa Fiore, trading as Parallel Image Media.

Payment

Client agrees that their booking is not confirmed or held unless a deposit has been paid. Client agrees to pay off the remaining balance by the day before the session either in full or by payment plan.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

At the time of the booking client agrees to pay a non refundable deposit of £10 to secure session date and time and agrees that the booking is not confirmed or secure until the deposit is paid. The deposit amount will be applied towards the session fee for photography services. Client agrees that the deposit is non refundable apart from in the event that Parallel Image Media cancels the shoot, in that case deposits will be refunded in full.

Deposits may be transferred to different dates if the client has to reschedule.

Image Archive

All images will be available to download for 8 weeks following the session date. After 8 weeks images will be purged from the hard drive and will no longer be available for access. Parallel Image Media may retain certain images for promotional purposes if permission is given. Parallel Image Media is not responsible for storing images beyond the 8 week period. Client is responsible for downloading and storing their own images.

Sharing of Images

Parallel Image Media will not share any client images from the session online or in print without permission. Parallel Image Media respects clients wishes if they choose to keep photographs private. If client is happy to have Images shared for promotional and portfolio purposes they must read the following model release before agreement.
